Install the Realada extension

Realada isn't in the Chrome Web Store yet, so it installs manually. It takes about two minutes and works the same in Chrome and Edge.

Download Realada

1. Unzip it

1. Find the downloaded .zip (usually your Downloads folder).
2. Right-click it → Extract All… (Windows) or double-click it (Mac). You'll get a folder.
3. Keep that folder somewhere permanent — Documents, not Downloads. If you move or delete it later, the extension stops working.

2. Load it into your browser

1. Open a new tab and go to chrome://extensions (in Edge: edge://extensions).
2. Turn on Developer mode — top-right in Chrome, bottom-left in Edge.
3. Click Load unpacked.
4. Select the folder you unzipped in step 1 — the one containing manifest.json. Select the folder itself, not the files inside it.
5. Realada now appears in your extensions list. Click the puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar and pin it.

3. Sign in

1. Click the Realada icon, enter your email, and click the link we send you.
2. Enter an MLS number to prepare your first listing.

Good to know

• Chrome will ask about developer mode. On some startups Chrome shows a "Disable developer mode extensions" prompt. Choose Cancel / Keep — clicking Disable turns Realada off until you re-enable it on the extensions page.
• Manual installs don't auto-update. When we ship a new version we'll email you; download it here, unzip over the same folder, and hit Reload (↻) on the extensions page.
• Keep the folder. Deleting or moving it breaks the extension — Chrome loads it from that exact path every time.
• Once Realada is approved for the Chrome Web Store, this page will send you straight there and updates become automatic.
